2. Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll

That’s right- you read that right. An event where almost everything is a dollar. The Baltimore Avenue dollar stroll takes place in the University City area of Philly and occurs in the spring, summer, and fall.

The festival is pretty straightforward; nine blocks filled with vendors that come out to give the public amazing deals. You’ll find food, drinks, music, sweets and even treats for your furry friends.

If you’re looking to try some new restaurants in the city, the dollar stroll is definitely one of the best Philadelphia events to get delicious and affordable samples.

3. Made In America

In 2012, rapper, business mogul, and billionaire, Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, decided to bring a concert, full of some of the most famous celebrities, to the city of Philly and the rest was history.
